Game Day Staff Positions


Ticket Services - Ticket operations and miscellaneous customer service. Must be friendly with the ability to work fast and accurately handle money.


Food/Beverage Service (concessions stand) - Assist with food preparations, take and fulfill customer orders. Assist and maintain cleanliness of food service areas. Must have excellent customer service and money handling skills.


Merchandise sales - Assist customers and promote merchandise sales. Stock shelves/racks and keep area neat. May be required to promote merchandise in the fan areas. Must have excellent customer service and money handling skills.


Food/Beverage Server - Must be at least 19 years of age. Completion of liquor license course a plus but not required. Must have excellent customer service and money handling skills. Some server experience is nice but not required. 


Sound Director - Looking to hire a Sound Director to work our sound booth equipment during games. Must have excellent computer skills. Candidates must be able to work all of our home games starting the end of May and ending early August.


Scoreboard Operator - Attention to detail required. Make certain scoreboard is accurate for every pitch during the game.


Public Address Announcer - The Public Address Announcer will be working hands on with the press box team to ensure that the fans are staying entertained throughout the duration of the ball game. The position will run for 32 home games from mid May until early August and must be available for all home games. This is not your typical baseball announcer position, you are here to help run the non-stop entertainment that we are providing our fans. You MUST love baseball and understand the game.


Grill Master - If you know your way around a grill and enjoy the aroma of ballpark food, we've saved one of our best views of the game just for you!


Mascot - Being Bo is no easy task. It takes time, energy, and a lot of hydration! Must be ready for hugs and high-fives and a willingness to learn.

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age by the start of training.

Available Internships for 2024 Season



The Fremont Moo provides opportunities for current college level students looking to gain experience for a career in the sports industry. Interns will have a unique opportunity to gain exposure and knowledge of all operational components of the Fremont Moo. Many previous Moo Interns have launched their careers in the sports industry after their immersive internship with the Moo. Interns, regardless of specialty, provide input and ideas to improve the Moo organization. Applicants should be studying a subject in a relevant field such as, but is not limited to, Sport Management, Business, Human Resources, or Marketing.
